This Florida facility seeks gastroenterology coverage for locum tenens assignments. The facility maintains established protocols for advanced gastroenterology procedures including ERCP capabilities and provides credentialing support for qualified candidates.

The Ocala area offers diverse outdoor recreational opportunities centered around natural water features, including Silver Springs River activities and guided kayak adventures. Visitors can explore equestrian attractions such as Gypsy Gold Horse Farm with educational tours, adventure activities like zip line canopy tours, and various parks for wildlife observation throughout the region.

The gastroenterologist will provide advanced gastroenterology consultations and perform ERCP procedures in an outpatient setting. The clinician will work day shifts from 7AM to 7PM during weekdays and maintain 24-hour call coverage on weekends, with call responsibilities occurring 2 weekends per month. The position requires board certification in gastroenterology and an active Florida license, with credentialing available on an emergent basis to ensure prompt start date.
