Agricultural Equipment Mechanic

Seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Agricultural Equipment Mechanic to repair and maintain farm equipment that is pulled or operated by tractors.

Agricultural Equipment Mechanic Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$ 15.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Repair and maintain farm equipment and implements pulled by tractors.
Diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs.
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and adjustments.
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Perform basic mechanical repairs and equipment maintenance.
Assist with keeping equipment in safe, working condition.
Perform basic cutting or repair work using a welding torch as needed.

Agricultural Equipment Mechanic Qualifications:

Previous mechanical or equipment repair experience preferred.
Agricultural or mining equipment experience is ideal.
Heavy equipment repair experience is a plus.
Experience using a welding torch for cutting or basic repairs is a bonus.
Basic welding/fabrication experience is a plus.
Must be dependable, mechanically inclined, and safety-minded.
Ability to bend and stand for long periods of time.
Lift 50 lbs.
