Job Title: Licensed Plumber

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Licensed Plumber to join our team. The selected individual will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing water supply lines, drainage systems, and gas piping systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to safety standards, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, install, and maintain plumbing systems, including water, drainage, and gas lines
• Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems efficiently
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or code violations
• Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures
• Install and repair gas lines and related components in compliance with safety regulations
• Maintain and repair septic systems and commercial sewer systems
• Prepare accurate written cost estimates for clients
• Ensure all work adheres to local, state, and federal plumbing and gas codes
• Follow and enforce safety policies and procedures on all job sites

Qualifications:

• Valid Plumbing License in the state of Georgia
• Proven experience in plumbing, maintenance, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience working with gas lines and gas systems 
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle physically demanding work, including lifting and working in confined spaces
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Preferred:

• Experience in both residential and commercial plumbing environments
• Knowledge of local Georgia plumbing and gas codes
