What You ll Do

• Provide specialized medical care for patients at a rehab hospital
• Conduct admissions and discharges, managing a daily census of approximately 15 patients
• Assist in patient rounds and coordinate care with the healthcare team
• Participate in about 1 weekend call every 7th weekend, including 4 hours of gratis coverage
• Document patient progress using Epic EMR/charting software
• Support a flexible role, possibly shifting between attending and consulting responsibilities

What You Need

• Active MA medical license (or willingness to obtain) 3 to 6 months credentialing timeframe
• DEA certification
• Board certification in Internal Medicine preferred but not required
• Minimum of 1-year clinical experience in a rehab or internal medicine setting
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
