Qualities We’re Looking For Motivated and hard working Not afraid of heavy lifting Always treats customers the way they deserve to be treated Believes in working together as a team and doing what needs to be done Willing to stay with us for the long haul Key Responsibilities Unload and inspect incoming product (generally 50–75 lb by hand) Pull, stage, and load product for customers, providing excellent service Provide deliveries in a 26’ box truck as needed Assist with inventory and damage control Requirements & Qualifications At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and at least one year of driving experience Must be able to perform heavy repetitive lifting (50–75 lb) and constant movement Must be able to pass all DOT requirements, including physical, background screening, and a Motor Vehicle Report that meets Amarr driver standards Must be able to read and speak English per DOT guidelines Demonstrated history of steady employment Position Details Full‑time Monday–Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with occasional overtime. Pay is $23–25 per hour, based on skill, experience, training, licensure, and certifications. Additional compensation can include driving bonuses and target bonuses.
