What You Will Do
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent in the software development space.
- Implement data-driven approaches to track recruiting metrics and improve hiring efficiency.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Foster relationships with candidates and provide ongoing support throughout the interview process.
- Contribute to the development of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's presence in the market.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 4–8 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the software development industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles, from software engineers to product managers.
- Strong understanding of technical skills and the ability to engage with candidates on a technical level.
- Experience using various applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to streamline processes.
Preferred
- Familiarity with AI or enterprise software solutions is a plus.
- Experience working in a startup environment and understanding the unique challenges of scaling teams.
- Strong networking skills and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
Compensation and Benefits
