All-Source Intelligence Analyst - USARCENT G2

CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD

Location

Shaw AFB, South Carolina - on-site

Employment

Full-time | 3 anticipated positions | Anticipated 12-month period of performance, subject to contract award, funding, option exercise, and Government requirements.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 0800-1630, with a 30-minute unpaid meal period; alternate schedules require approval.

Clearance

Active Top Secret clearance required, with SCI eligibility/access as applicable. Interim clearances are not accepted. The Government will manage SCI processing. Final clearance and access requirements are subject to the awarded contract and applicable Government requirements.

Position Summary

Support USARCENT across the full intelligence cycle - from collection and research through analysis, production, briefing, and dissemination. The analyst fuses multiple intelligence disciplines and operational information into timely, sourced, decision-ready assessments supporting Army operations, planning, force posture, and partner activities in the USCENTCOM area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate command and staff information needs into focused intelligence questions, research plans, collection-support requirements, and analytic production tasks.

• Research, evaluate, and integrate reporting from multiple intelligence disciplines and authoritative operational sources, distinguishing confirmed facts from assumptions and information gaps.

• Assess regional developments, threat capabilities, intentions, indicators, dependencies, and potential effects on USARCENT missions, operational plans, sustainment, force posture, and partner activities.

• Produce recurring and ad hoc intelligence assessments, briefings, graphics, timelines, responses to information requirements, and other products tailored to the supported decision or planning event.

• Document sources, analytic confidence, assumptions, and alternative explanations; apply structured analytic techniques and peer review appropriate to the complexity and risk of the assessment.

• Brief findings to supported staffs and senior leaders, answer follow-up questions, and revise products as new reporting or operational context becomes available.

• Maintain continuity on assigned topics, indicators, warning issues, and intelligence gaps; update assessments when significant changes affect USARCENT planning or operations.

• Apply classification, sourcing, handling, releasability, and dissemination controls throughout production and coordinate with security and foreign-disclosure personnel when a releasable product is needed.

• Use only approved Government systems, intelligence repositories, and dissemination channels and maintain audit-ready production and coordination records.

Contract Requirements

• Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret security clearance and be eligible for or hold SCI access, as applicable. Interim clearances are not accepted for this position. The Government will manage SCI processing.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card, installation access, and required Government system/network access; performance cannot begin while required access is pending.

• Must possess English-language proficiency sufficient to perform the essential duties of the position, prepare required reports and deliverables, and communicate effectively with Government and contractor personnel. Must comply with applicable workplace and installation conduct requirements.

• Must use Government-furnished equipment and authorized systems for performance; unauthorized personal devices or removable media are prohibited on Government networks.

• Must complete required security, cyber/IA, OPSEC, antiterrorism, iWATCH, and local training. Possible CONUS or OCONUS travel may be designated after award.

Candidate Qualifications

Unless expressly identified as a Government requirement, the qualifications below are Oryza-established competitive screening criteria and may be adjusted based on final contract and labor-category requirements.

• Five or more years of all-source intelligence analysis experience supporting DoD or the Intelligence Community.

• Demonstrated analytic writing, briefing, source evaluation, structured analysis, and intelligence-production experience.

• Experience with intelligence systems and analytic tools relevant to the assigned mission; candidates should identify specific systems on the resume.

• Knowledge of classification, sourcing, dissemination, and releasability requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in intelligence studies, international relations, regional studies, political science, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.

Conditions of Employment

• The normal schedule is Monday through Friday, 0800-1630, with a 30-minute unpaid meal period. Alternate schedules require approval.
