Our client is seeking a Talent Acqusition Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. This Talent Acqusition Partner opportunity is a permanent role with a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle and high-volume recruitment for financial services and banking opportunities (sourcing, posting on job boards, screening and interviewing candidates, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, checking references and managing screens, and extending and negotiating offers)
• Building strong candidate pipelines
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand vacant positions and workforce needs
• Developing recruiting strategies to fill open opportunities
• College and university outreach, attending career fairs and hiring events
• Leading a student internship program
• Developing and maintaining job descriptions
• ATS management
• Acting as a representation of the organization at community events
• Assisting with onboarding new employees

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle and high-volume recruiting
• Experience recruiting within the banking or financial services industry
• Must be able to be in-office 3 days a week in Lebanon
• Willing to participate in community events outside of work hours
• Bachelor's degree required
• Must be comfortable working in a faith-based environment (candidates do not need to align with beliefs)
