Shipping & Receiving Clerk
Location(s) Hudson, Wisconsin Company Molex Career Field Operations & Manufacturing
Checks in packages and enters Goods Receipts in Coupa or SAP databases. Ensures that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
Communicates with various carrier companies on shipping and receiving issues; works with local logistics to file damage claims.
Prepares out-going shipments, completes required paperwork, and prints shipping labels working with 3rd party vendor software (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
Work with PO requisitioners/accounts payable, etc to resolve any issues regarding goods receipts in purchasing Coupa and SAP programs.
Understand, support and contribute to current Quality Management Systems (QMS), International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.
