Mid-Level Associate - Investment Funds

Salary Base pay range $260,000 – $390,000 per year. Performance bonuses and benefits additional. Overview We Are Legal Revolution is a national legal services firm. This position is a Mid‑Level Associate in Investment Funds (Fund Formation & Structuring) within our Houston practice, supporting private equity sponsors in forming, structuring, and operating investment funds. Responsibilities Collaborate with senior partners across the US and Houston to structure and launch private investment funds. Advise on regulatory frameworks, compliance, and investor negotiations. Coordinate with corporate, tax, and regulatory teams to deliver complete service. Qualifications 2–4 years post‑qualification experience in fund formation, structuring, or regulatory matters. JD with strong academic background. Texas Bar membership (or eligibility to waive). Experience advising private equity sponsors preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
