Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history and mental health status, crafting individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs. \n
- Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to engage and empower clients. \n
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and cohesive care for clients, communicating regularly to adapt treatment strategies based on client progress. \n
- Educate and involve clients' families in the recovery process, providing strategies to support their loved ones while fostering understanding and resilience. \n
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and organizational protocols. \n
In this role, you will work primarily with individuals experiencing substance use disorders, many of whom may also be facing co-occurring mental health conditions. Our client population is diverse, representing various backgrounds and challenges. You will leverage therapeutic techniques to support them in developing coping strategies, resilience, and a vision for a healthy, substance-free future.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Psychologist (PsyD). \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required. \n
- A strong foundation in addiction counseling, with knowledge of evidence-based practices and interventions for substance abuse and mental health disorders. \n
- Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, coupled with a genuine passion for motivating clients towards recovery. \n
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with fellow colleagues and clients. \n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, based on experience and credentials.
