Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $273/hour
- Night Call: $750/night

What You'll Do
- Provide psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for child and adolescent patients
- Manage a daily caseload of 6-12 patients
- Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and families
- Handle weekend rounding and on-call duties, including admissions and crisis interventions
- Ensure compliance with legal and safeguard protocols relevant to adolescent care
- Collaborate on therapeutic interventions, including psychopharmacology and therapy modalities
What You Need
Required:- Board Certification in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry or General Psychiatry with CAP fellowship
- Active California medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience in adolescent psychiatry
- Strong communication, leadership, and de-escalation skills
- Experience working with diverse patient backgrounds
- Familiarity with adolescent development and family systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
