We are looking for Mechanical Assemblers to join our team on 1st Shift. This position will be based in Buffalo Grove, IL.

Shift Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm

Hourly Rate: $18.38

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing, sitting, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting/moving materials up to 25 pounds throughout the workday.

• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English, including assembly, testing, safety, and equipment documentation

• Ability to assemble and adjust products in accordance with established work instructions, specifications, and quality standards.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or industrial work experience.

You will make a difference by:

• Manufacture products by following visual aids, work instructions, established procedures, and verbal directions.

• Operating hand, pneumatic, and power tools, as well as small and large production equipment, material handling devices, and computer-controlled machinery.

• Moving materials and components as needed to support production requirements and maintain efficient material flow.

• Rotating between workstations, work cells, and departments to support operational needs and production schedules.

• Completing and maintaining required production, quality, and departmental records.

• Identifying and reporting process, equipment, or quality issues to appropriate personnel.

• Performing product, equipment, and process setups, adjustments, and changeovers in accordance with established procedures.

• Supporting a safe, organized, and team-oriented work environment while meeting quality and productivity expectations.
