Reports to: Siding Crew Leader.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communication : Follow daily instructions from the Crew Leader, ensuring clarity on job-specific tasks.
- Execution : Carry out assigned tasks diligently and report progress to the Crew Leader.
- Craftsmanship : Provide professional siding installation experiences, showcasing skills in cutting, weatherproofing, installing, sealing, measuring, taping, etc.
- Precision : Accurately measure, fabricate, and install siding, soffit, fascia, and trim.
- Learning Culture : Demonstrate a passion for continuous learning and career growth, staying updated on product knowledge.
- Leadership : Display a willingness to train and supervise laborers and apprentices.
- Safety :Prioritize safety by maintaining a clean and secure job site.
- Adaptability : Embrace additional duties that may arise beyond the job description.
- Experience : Hiring entry level to skilled crew lead positions
- License: Hold a valid driver's license for your convenience.
- Strength: Exhibit the ability to handle job site equipment and perform heavy labor.
- Safety: Climb ladders with confidence and pass required drug screenings and background checks.
- Location: Be willing to commute within the St. Louis Metropolitan area.
