It is managed by a teacher facilitators that provide an inclusive place for students to meet and: Support one another and gain greater insights on their personal experiences Explore personal identity/expression Work to end harassment and discrimination Three typical functions of aRainbow Club include providing support, building community, and taking action to create change within the school. Examples of topics that may be discussed include projects aimed at creating a safe, welcoming and accepting school environment for all students .
