- Role : Agent Team Member for a State Farm independent contractor agent
- Focus : Customer service and public interaction related to State Farm insurance and financial products
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Educate customers on insurance options through a needs-based review process
- Generate leads, set appointments, and identify customer needs
- Market appropriate products and services
- Simple IRA plan
