Temporary General Labor / Warehouse AssociatesWe are seeking reliable and hardworking Temporary General Labor / Warehouse Associates to support a growing operation in the Houston area. This position will primarily involve hands-on material handling and general warehouse/production support, including boxing, bagging, organizing materials, and preparing products for shipment or production. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work and is looking to gain experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Training and required PPE will be provided.ResponsibilitiesPerform general manual labor and material-handling dutiesBox, bag, package, and prepare materials and productsLoad, unload, move, and organize materials as neededAssist with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all safety procedures and company guidelinesOperate basic equipment and tools as trainedAssist production and warehouse personnel with daily tasksComplete work accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality standardsPerform other general labor duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious warehouse, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience is a plus, but not requiredAbility to perform physical, hands-on work for the duration of the shiftAbility to lift, carry, and move materials as requiredReliable attendance and punctualityStrong work ethic and willingness to learnAbility to follow instructions and safety proceduresComfortable working as part of a team in a hands-on environmentAdditional DetailsPPE and job-specific training will be providedWork will initially be performed at one Houston-area location (77032)Staffing needs will generally be communicated with approximately one week's noticeThe company anticipates initially hiring 1–2 temporary employeesThere may be an opportunity for successful temporary employees to transition into full-time production positions later in the year, depending on business needs and future facility plansIf you are dependable, hardworking, and ready to jump into a hands-on role, we would love to hear from you!
