Descripción del puesto Para asistir al proveedor médico con exámenes físicos, llevar a cabo tratamientos de enfermería y realizar otros procedimientos de atención médica según las órdenes del proveedor. Debe desarrollar un conocimiento práctico de las políticas y procedimientos de la clínica. El Asistente Médico debe establecer buenas relaciones públicas y laborales. Además, será responsable de contribuir al crecimiento y éxito de HealthTexas mientras mantiene nuestra Misión, Visión y Valores. Responsabilidades Actualizar los planes de atención al paciente Ordenar y preparar los registros de los pacientes Programar especialistas y procedimientos Administrar medicamentos e inyecciones Mantener el inventario de medicamentos y suministros Seguir todas las políticas y procedimientos de salud Demostrar conocimiento de habilidades EMR y ser capaz de priorizar tareas y organizar el flujo de trabajo Contribuir al crecimiento y éxito de HealthTexas manteniendo nuestra Misión, Visión y Valores. Rotar turnos de 8 horas según se asignen para satisfacer las necesidades del negocio y/o de los pacientes Viajar a otros sitios según se solicite para capacitación y/o para satisfacer las necesidades del negocio y/o de los pacientes Trabajar en un entorno de oficina/clinica médica con exposición a enfermedades infecciosas, fluidos corporales, sustancias tóxicas, preparados medicinales y otras condiciones comunes en un entorno clínico Realizar las funciones esenciales del puesto y asistir a los pacientes en caso de emergencia Adherirse a la política de asistencia del Grupo Médico HealthTexas Requisitos y habilidades Conocimiento práctico de las políticas y procedimientos de la clínica Establecer buenas relaciones públicas y laborales No debe representar una amenaza directa para la salud o seguridad de otras personas en el lugar de trabajo Requiere destreza manual y estar sentado, de pie (no menos de 2 horas a la vez), agacharse, alcanzar, arrodillarse, encorvarse, doblarse, caminar, levantar hasta 50 lbs., y puede ayudar a levantar a los pacientes Capacidad para cumplir con los requisitos de asistencia y adherirse a la política de asistencia del Grupo Médico HealthTexas Tenga en cuenta que esta descripción del trabajo no está diseñada para cubrir o contener una lista completa de actividades, deberes o responsabilidades que se requieren del empleado para este trabajo.
