We are looking for a passionate and dedicated pharmacist to join our close-knit team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.Key Responsibilities:Patient-Centered Care: Provide compassionate, personalized pharmaceutical care, ensuring patients understand their medication regimens and feel empowered to take control of their health.Collaboration: Work closely with our team of doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of our diverse patient population.Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance in all aspects of pharmacy operations, from medication dispensing to inventory management.Education & Counseling: Offer clear, empathetic counseling to patients and their families, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources needed to manage their health at home.Community Engagement: Participate in outreach efforts that extend the reach of our services beyond the hospital walls, supporting the health and wellness of the broader community.Qualifications:Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.Current, active New Mexico pharmacist license in good standing.At least 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy, drug interactions, and medication safety.Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help patients and families.A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.A love for the mountains and a desire to be part of a tight-knit community.Why Join Us?
