Physical Therapist - Occupational Health & PC Clinic (BH-397528) Location: Reno, United States. Salary: $47.00 to $58.00 per hour. This role is a 24‑hour per week contract at a private, employer‑sponsored primary care and occupational‑health clinic serving employees and their families (ages 2+). The clinic provides primary care, musculoskeletal care, injury evaluation, and limited workers’ compensation support. Shifts: 3 days a week – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Top Skills You Should Possess Minimum 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting. Prior occupational health and workers’ compensation experience. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to teach, counsel, and educate employees on healthy living. What You’ll Be Doing Support employees for MSK‑related injuries (back, shoulder, elbows, etc.). Assist in prevention and treatment of work‑related injuries, ergonomics coaching, job site evaluations, health promotion, general wellness, and fitness program promotion. Case management and counseling of patient population. Work closely with stakeholders including safety officers, ergonomists, human resources, and vendors to promote workplace safety. Lead educational initiatives surrounding injury prevention and well‑being; develop and administer presentations, workshops, or other programming. Perform administrative requirements such as completing necessary forms and reports. What You Need to Bring Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Licensure with the State of Nevada as a Physical Therapist. CPR/BLS certification (hands‑on courses only). Yearly TB test or QuantiFERON GOLD.
