We’re looking for a Fully Licensed Therapist (LPC or LCSW) to join our Partial Hospitalization Program-PHP) in Willowbrook, Texas . Location: Willowbrook, TX – In Person Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:30 PM Employment Type: Full-Time What We’re Looking For Active Texas LPC or LCSW license Experience in IOP, PHP, inpatient, or similar behavioral health settings Experience working with children and adolescents ages 11–17 Comfortable treating a variety of emotional and behavioral concerns Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take initiative Strong collaboration skills within an interdisciplinary treatment team Excellent documentation and communication skills A genuine ability to build trust, rapport, and meaningful connections with adolescents What Matters Most We value genuine connection over years of experience.
