InfoSec Technical Project Manager

Kforce has a client that is seeking an InfoSec Technical Project Manager in San Antonio, TX. Summary: The client is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex cybersecurity and Information Security initiatives. This role is responsible for managing large-scale projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of security programs within scope, budget, and timeline. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Information Security projects and programs
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across security, technology, operations, and business areas
• Track project progress and provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Manage project governance, change control, and issue resolution
• Support Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
• 15+ years of project/program management experience leading large technology initiatives
• 5+ years of Information Security or Cybersecurity project experience
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of cybersecurity domains such as Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Threat Detection, Security Monitoring, and Incident Response
• Familiarity with security tools such as CyberArk, SailPoint, Splunk, CrowdStrike, and SIEM platforms
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies

• PMP, Scrum Master, Six Sigma, or related certification
• Experience delivering cybersecurity programs in large financial services environments
