Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapy license in the state
• Previous experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations
• Knowledge of IEP processes and individualized goal setting
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent communication skills with students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ strengths and areas for growth
• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs based on student needs and IEP goals
• Provide both group and one-on-one therapy sessions within the school environment
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure carryover of strategies in the classroom and at home
• Maintain accurate documentation of interventions, progress, and compliance with school policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise in the development of student plans
