Intensive Support: Community-Based Employment Coach

Marion County Public Health Department

The Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center Employment Consultant provides assistance to individuals with physical and/or psychiatric disabilities in obtaining and retaining competitive work in a community setting. This position orients, trains, coaches and supports individuals to make placements successful. It requires completing intake/assessment, developing vocational plans with clinicians, and participating in interdisciplinary meetings to guide job development and placements with local #J-18808-Ljbffr Marion County Public Health Department
