Position Summary As a key member of our clinical team, you will play an essential role in delivering patient-centered MSK care through telehealth visits, asynchronous communication, and collaborative clinical discussions. This role is ideal for proactive, compassionate, and tech-savvy Physical Therapists eager to work in a dynamic, fast-growing startup environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct Physical Therapy evaluations and follow up visits via telehealth. Provide PT diagnosis of MSK conditions using comprehensive patient information. Manage your caseload, ensuring that patients are engaging and progressing in the program. Leverage digital tools to engage with patients outside of scheduled appointments. Escalate concerns to Physician Team members for discussion. Collaborate regularly with multidisciplinary team members to review patient outcomes and progress. Engage with the broader clinical team to discuss complex cases and share best practices. Adhere to and help refine clinical protocols and standard operating procedures. Participate in clinical and operational initiatives to enhance patient care. Assign tasks to administrative team to facilitate patient needs. Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic setting. Licensed to practice in at least 1 of the following states AK, AL, AR, CT, DE, HI, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, OK, RI, SC, SD, TN, VT, VA. Strong commitment to delivering top-tier MSK care with empathy and efficiency. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Enthusiastic about healthcare innovation and digital health solutions. Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional remote workspace. Preferred Qualifications Licensed to practice in multiple states listed above. Experience in telemedicine. Background in health-tech and/or multidisciplinary healthcare settings. Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends to accommodate patient needs. Willingness to obtain additional state licenses. Logistics Multiple positions available PRN: with some evening and weekend availability possible. Work Environment: Remote, requiring a clean, well-lit space with a stable internet connection.
