- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy focused on key automotive accounts.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects using a mix of cold outreach, networking, referrals, events, and inbound interest.
- Understand each client's business model, pain points, and global communication needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Present and promote TransPerfect's full suite of services and technology platforms , including interpretation, digital localization, technical documentation, and global content management.
- Collaborate with internal solution specialists and production teams to build custom proposals and project budgets.
- Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Represent TransPerfect at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings (domestic & international travel required).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 6-10+ years of B2B sales experience , with a strong preference for experience in the automotive, mobility, or manufacturing sector.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close multi-stakeholder deals.
- Strong consultative selling skills - you know how to uncover needs, propose tailored solutions, and build lasting relationships.
- Experience selling services or SaaS-based solutions to enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
- Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to change.
- Existing network within the automotive OEM or supplier ecosystem .
- Knowledge of automotive product development lifecycles , compliance standards, or digital experience platforms.
- Experience working with international or multilingual teams .
- You build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads in the automotive sector.
- You consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets .
- You are seen as a trusted advisor to clients - able to understand their needs and match them with impactful solutions.
- You help your clients launch products faster , enter new markets confidently , and elevate global customer experiences
