\nBluebird Staffing is seeking a Unanet A/E Billing Specialist to join a collaborative multidisciplinary design organization. This position will support the Billing Manager and play an important role in managing day-to-day billing activities in a fast-paced professional services environment.\n
\n
\nThe ideal candidate will have advanced experience with Unanet A/E billing , including project setup and maintenance, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision.\n
\n
\nKey Responsibilities\n
\n
\n

\n
• Manage and process A/E billing activities using Unanet.
\n
• Perform project setup, maintenance, and updates within Unanet.
\n
• Prepare, review, and process client invoices accurately and on schedule.
\n
• Assist the Billing Manager with daily billing operations and related accounting activities.
\n
• Review billing information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
\n
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies or issues.
\n
• Maintain accurate project and billing records.
\n
• Coordinate with internal project teams to obtain information needed for billing.
\n
• Help monitor billing deadlines and ensure timely completion of invoices.
\n
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for billing reports, tracking, reconciliation, and analysis.
\n
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting established deadlines.
\n
• Work independently while also contributing as a member of a collaborative team.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Unanet A/E billing.
\n
• Experience with project setup and project maintenance.
\n
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
\n
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
\n
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

\n

\n
• Deltek Vision billing experience is a plus.
\n
• Experience working within an architecture, engineering, construction, or professional services environment is highly desirable.
\n
• Familiarity with professional services project accounting and billing processes.
