HVAC Service Technician

Service Technician We’re looking for a Service Technician to perform regular maintenance, filter changes, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair on commercial package gas and electric, heat pumps, air conditioners, hydronic systems, and associated components. The role includes: Perform regular maintenance and filter changes. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical system issues. Repair HVAC equipment, including gas/electric units, heat pumps, air conditioners, and hydronic systems. Top 3 things to deliver in the first year to be a hero Commitment to safety and quality. You should have A track record of delivering thorough, quality service in the commercial HVAC industry. Expertise leveraging your resources to tackle complex repairs. A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and all applicable trade licenses. And everyone you work with should describe you as Someone with a positive, can-do attitude. Having an incredibly strong work ethic. Very adaptable with tons of initiative. And you should be motivated by Learning and self-sufficiency. Working in a lean, results-oriented environment. Having fun in a transparent, innovative environment with a supportive family feel. Compensation $25 - $70 per hour paid in accordance with the union wage scale.
