Role: UEFI BIOS firmware validation engineer

What You Will Do:
Perform BIOS/UEFI validation including boot, configuration, and regression testing
Develop and maintain automation scripts and frameworks (Python-based)
Automate BIOS workflows such as flashing, setup changes, and test execution
Collaborate with BIOS developers to debug and resolve firmware issues
Drive security testing initiatives including vulnerability assessments, secure boot validation, and firmware integrity checks.
Should have knowledge of x86 and ARM architectures to design and execute low-level system tests.
Design and use agentic AI frameworks to orchestrate test flows dynamically
Oversee test planning, automation, execution, defect tracking, and reporting using industry-standard tools.




What You Will Bring:
Experience in BIOS/UEFI testing
Proven experience in creating and executing testing for BIOS/UEFI testing.
Strong hands-on experience with security testing in firmware environments.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate ROI, drive improvements, and lead change initiatives.
Proficiency in using tools for test automation, debugging, and performance analysis.
Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong Python automation skills
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Should be capable of working in ARM-based platforms
