LifeBridge Health, Inc. seeks a Specialty Surgical Tech Ortho to support complex orthopedic procedures in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Responsibilities include preparing ORs, selecting and sterilely passing instruments, anticipating surgeon needs, managing implants and equipment, maintaining aseptic technique, and assisting with positioning, counts, and documentation. The role supports high-acuity ortho cases, works closely with surgeons and RNs, adheres to safety and infection control standards, and contributes to quality improvement, education, and mentoring within a mission-driven surgical services team.
