What You'll Be Doing: As a Welcome Desk Associate at Pictona, your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to: Welcome our awesome members and guests with a mega-watt smile and a warm greeting. Be the go-to guru for all things Pictona – you'll answer questions, give directions, and provide information like a pro. Rock the multitasking game by handling phone calls, reservations, and checking in members and guests. Make sure our guests have an unforgettable experience and leave with a smile. What We're Looking For: Radiates positivity and has an infectious enthusiasm for customer service. Has a knack for making people feel welcome and special. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle tasks with grace. Possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Is willing to learn, grow, and have a blast while doing it.
