Dean's Professional Services is now hiring for qualified Patient Reception Specialist to work in the Brays Oaks area of Houston for a large Healthcare Organization.

Patient Reception Specialist Job Details:

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 7:00pm W/ rotating weekends 9:00am - 5:00pm

Location: 12611 S Gessner Rd A, Houston, TX 77071

Starting Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hourly + (Based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the front-office point of contact and represent the organization in a professional and courteous manner.
• Welcome patients, visitors, clients, and staff and provide exceptional customer service.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, messages, and inquiries.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and administrative activities.
• Assist with patient registration, check-in/check-out, referrals, authorizations, and other administrative processes as needed.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, correspondence, and files.
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, leadership, and internal departments.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant or medical office experience preferred.
• Bilingual-English/ Spanish Preferred. 
• Athena experience preferred.
