• High school diploma or GED required
• Technical training or coursework in industrial maintenance, mechanical systems, electrical systems, or a related field preferred

• 2-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems is a plus

• Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot and assist with repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment
• Replace worn or defective components as needed
• Complete maintenance work orders and documentation
• Assist with equipment installations, setups, and relocations
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout practices
• Support production by responding to maintenance requests promptly
• Assist with facility maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related technical environment is preferred.
• Experience performing preventative maintenance programs and responding to equipment breakdowns is beneficial.
• Knowledge of PLCs, electrical controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, or fabrication is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate strong troubleshooting abilities, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement are well positioned for success as a Maintenance Technician.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and work in a variety of industrial environments throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift equipment, tools, and replacement parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around moving machinery while following established safety procedures.
• Manual dexterity to operate tools, perform repairs, and inspect equipment.
