Manufacturing & Quality Engineer

A growing technology manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing & Quality Engineer to support production, quality, continuous improvement, and process optimization efforts. This is a highly visible role where you'll partner with engineering and operations teams to improve manufacturing efficiency, troubleshoot quality issues, and drive operational excellence.

Direct Hire | Concord, MA | $120,000-$130,000 | On-Site

Responsibilities

• Improve manufacturing processes, procedures, and work instructions
• Support automation and workflow improvements within production operations
• Design and maintain production tooling, fixtures, and jigs using CAD software
• Lead root cause analysis and troubleshooting of manufacturing and quality issues
• Create and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, and training materials
• Partner with engineering on new product introductions and manufacturing readiness
• Analyze production and quality data to identify improvement opportunities
• Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or Process Engineering
• 5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related experience
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills
• Experience with manufacturing processes and quality systems
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• SolidWorks or other CAD/3D modeling experience
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge
• ERP or manufacturing business system experience
