• Maintain professional development and contribute to clinic improvement programs. Educational & Experience Requirements:
• RN license in Wisconsin and completion of a nurse practitioner program.
• Clinical experience and, for new graduates, an internship.
• Master's degree preferred, with additional certifications for prescribing authority. Skills & Knowledge:
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess patients and contribute to care planning.
• Knowledge of clinical standards and the ability to engage in quality improvement activities. Physical Demands:
• Physical stamina for prolonged standing, lifting, and patient handling.
• Ability to work in a clinic environment with exposure to biohazards.
