Assistant Property Manager – Commercial Real Estate Location: Phoenix, AZ Type: Full Time Salary: $52,500 – $75,000 About the Role Our client seeks a motivated and organized Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day management of a commercial real estate portfolio, including retail, office, and medical properties. This is not a residential property management position. Key Responsibilities Support the Property Manager in overseeing commercial property operations. Serve as a point of contact for tenants, vendors, and contractors. Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor services, and property inspections. Track tenant requests, lease obligations, contracts, and project deadlines. Assist with lease administration, tenant files, renewals, move‑ins, and notices. Support invoice processing, budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting. Coordinate vendor bids, tenant improvements, and capital projects. Maintain accurate records using Yardi, Microsoft Office, and related systems. Qualifications Active Arizona Real Estate License (required). Experience in commercial real estate, property management, brokerage, construction coordination, accounting, or a related field (preferred). Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; Yardi experience is a plus.
