Location Grovetown, GA Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Shift: 8:30 PM – 5:00 AM Pros Needed: Keep Our Operations Rolling. Staffmark is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Clerk to provide clerical and administrative support to assigned warehouse areas or shifts, ensuring accurate documentation, efficient communication, and smooth daily operations.

Shift Starts. You Take Over. This is what it takes to work for us. High School Diploma or GED. At least 1 year of clerical and/or warehouse experience (preferred). Prior experience operating forklift equipment (preferred). Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Essential Functions: Provide clerical support for warehouse functions such as Receiving, Shipping, Returns, Inventory Control, and Quality Control. Coordinate activities and communicate with warehouse clerks, supervisors, customers, and suppliers as needed. Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to update area or shift metrics. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, summaries, and documentation, including confidential or technical information. Perform basic administrative tasks, including filing, recordkeeping, and document management. Gather information from warehouse associates and relay accurate information to management and team members. Coordinate meetings, communications, and workflow activities for the assigned area or shift. Assist with floor work and perform additional warehouse-related duties as assigned.
