responsibilities:

Manage the installation, alignment, and debugging of mechanical systems to ensure successful manufacturing capacity additions.
Perform advanced troubleshooting on complex mechanical machinery (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors) to resolve issues and enhance equipment capability.
Design and implement industrialized mechanical solutions while interpreting technical blueprints and maintaining critical engineering documentation.
Collaborate with vendors, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and support operations training.
Champion safe work practices across project teams while effectively managing spare parts inventory and CMMS records.
