Assistant Manager in Training | Elevate Guest Experience

Buckle LLC

Ultipro at Crabtree Valley Mall in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to uphold the mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will join the Store Leadership Team, perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, and work directly with the Store Manager to develop sales and recruit Teammates.

The role progresses from AIT with higher-level duties, and you will train and motivate teammates, acting as Store Manager in their
