Responsibilities
- We are looking for an energetic and friendly Host / Greeter to welcome guests at the entrance of Rodeo Grill, engage with people walking by, explain our all-you-can-eat Argentinian grill concept, and invite them to come upstairs and dine with us.
- Greet guests and people passing by the restaurant entrance.
- Promote Rodeo Grill’s all-you-can-eat Argentinian steakhouse experience.
- Explain menu options, prices, specials, and promotions.
- Encourage potential customers to visit the restaurant.
- Hand out flyers or menus when needed.
- Assist with reservations and guest flow.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and positive attitude at all times.
- Communicate with the host stand and management about guest interest and traffic.
Skills
- Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to approach people politely and professionally.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Sales or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Positive attitude and good personal presentation.
