Shift: 08:00 - 16:30 Days: Monday to Friday Weekend rotation

Salary range: $39-$45 per hour Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing facility. Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Support patients and their families during the rehabilitation process.

Must complete background checks and drug screenings. Orientation and training will be provided as necessary. Adherence to dress code and facility policies is required.
