About This Role The Hospice RN provides professional nursing care as the leader of the health care team, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care, policies, and procedures. This role is ideal for those who are flexible and committed to delivering quality patient care. Highlights Pay: $56 - $77/hour Location: Tustin, CA Schedule: Full Time What You'll Do Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process. Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures. Serve as a leader of the health care team and delegate tasks appropriately. Understand team members' scope of practice and escalte issues as appropriate. Mentor, orient, and coach others in unit-specific operations and patient care activities. Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care. Monitor patients' progress based on care plans. Ensure effective development and completion of discharge plans. Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure a clean work environment. Act as a resource, preceptor, and mentor to new employees and students.
