Are you a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact every day? We're seeking a compassionate, skilled PTA to support our Physical Therapists in delivering high?quality, patient?centered care. What You'll Do

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with mobility, therapeutic exercises, and functional activities
• Observe and document patient progress, reporting updates to the supervising PT
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Help ensure a safe, clean, and supportive treatment environment
• Contribute to a positive, team?oriented workplace and step in with additional duties as needed

What You Bring

• Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program, required
• Current PTA license in the state of Arkansas in good standing, required
• CPR certification
• Previous rehab or acute care experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
