Clinical Manager

CCRC Child Care Resource Center

Expected Semimonthly Salary: $4,085.47 Responsibilities Oversee and implement assigned contracts, grants, evidence‑based models and programs to full compliance with contractual requirements, performance measures/standards and applicable professional legal and ethical standards. Complete/generate reports as needed, internally and externally. Provide clinical oversight for all assigned staff in accordance with the Board of Behavioral Sciences requirements for clinical supervision of unlicensed/registered clinicians. Attend and participate in all contract‑required and appropriate community meetings as required/assigned. Attend internal/external meetings as directed for program(s)/services. Provide guidance and administrative oversight to assigned supervisees and program staff. Provide a minimum of weekly individual and/or group supervision for direct service staff using a Reflective Practice Framework. Oversight of program budget in compliance with agency and funder regulations. Qualifications Minimum required education: Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or equivalent. Minimum 2 years applicable experience, preferably working with children birth‑to‑five and their families. Minimum 1 year supervisory experience. Knowledge of trauma‑informed and culturally informed care, diagnosis/treatment planning, DSM‑V, ICD‑11, family systems, psychoeducation, and group modalities. Good analytical skills within scope of license and knowledge of clinical treatment modalities for Birth‑5 and school‑age populations. Currently licensed in the state of CA Board of Psychology or Board of Behavioral Sciences for a minimum of 2 years; able to clinically supervise registered associates and/or interns. Travel Some business‑related travel required, including agency locations and regional external clients for trainings. Work Schedule & Environment Full time, typically M‑F; may work non‑traditional hours including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. Field‑based: mixture of office work and direct community interaction. Background & Health Clearance Requirements Background and health clearance requirements are determined according to program needs and may include background check, Live Scan Clearance, Health Clearance, MVR/DMV clearance, and other applicable clearances. Positions may require additional verification as part of the recruitment and selection process. Benefits Competitive compensation package.
