Job Description
Title: RN - Medical Oncology Telemetry

Schedule:
- Shifts: 12-hour day/night rotating contracts possible (days, nights, or combination).
- Orientation:
- Week 1: Mon-Fri dayshift
- Week 2: 36 hours on-unit orientation with preceptor (total orientation 72 hours).

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: Not specified.
- Guaranteed Hours: Not specified.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years RN experience.
- High-acuity PCU experience required within the last 3 years.
- At least 1 year of current specialty experience required for clinical pass.
- Required certifications: BCLS (BLS), ACLS, NIHSS.
- Valid RN license in hand at the time of submission.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to adult oncology patients in a progressive care setting.
- Monitor and interpret telemetry/dysrhythmias and manage rapid response situations as necessary.
- Conduct care management for central lines, ports, and PICCs, including blood product administration.
- Administer medications and manage titratable drips as per protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Compliance / Notes:
- Candidate must complete Ohio fingerprinting immediately after signing contract.
- Strict compliance deadline: Tuesday prior to start.
- Failure to cooperate with credentialing may result in push/cancel.
