The essential duties & responsibilities include:Front Office ManagementGreet visitors and follow proper visitor sign-in protocolsManage front desk and office spaceFamily CommunicationMaintains and manages family facing communicationsWrites official school letters, creates flyers, and drafts email announcementsManages a high volume of internals and external communications including the primary phone line and email account for the schoolManages requests for interpretation services and translations into SpanishStudent Data & Compliance SupportSupport Registrar with student information management & compliance reportingSupport with issuing student working papers and student enrollment verification letters as neededTechnology SupportSupport the distribution of assigned student technology (ie, Chromebooks)Maintain main office systems for tracking borrowed & returned student devicesServe as support for classroom technology concerns, escalating to the Prospect Schools IT Team as needed.Finance & Facilities OperationsHandle all school wide procurement and purchasing through non-personnel budget itemsRestocking and organizing storage rooms and curriculum roomsSupport with daily staff absence email and coveragesOversee facilities ticketing for special events and family eventsPlan and implement trainings and workshops for faculty and staff on operations areas of ownershipEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal lawsContribute toward the development of standard operating procedures in all areas of influence, and continue to find new ways to improve quality and efficiencyAbout YouA bachelor's degree, master's degree preferred.Highly organized and attentive to detailsWarm and welcomingCollaborative spirit and able to problem solveSalaryThe salary range for this role starts at $55,000, then increases based on years of experience. Our salaries are set through a lens of equity, and based on an individual's skills, education, and years of experience relevant to the role.
