Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of trainees. Bonus Structure: Monthly Performance Bonuses: Uncapped bonuses rewarding impact promptly. Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship Bonuses: Earn bonus pay for supervising an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA. Certification Bonuses: Rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. Scheduling and Work-Life Balance Remote Work Benefit: Up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment‑related work‑from‑home days per year. Education and Support Continuing Education: Minimum 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house, extra funds for additional courses, and 2 paid days for CEU events.
