Job Summary


We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This position will be responsible for receiving, unloading, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while helping maintain accurate inventory and a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and properly store incoming inventory.
• Check shipments for accuracy and report any discrepancies.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Assist with general warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned.
• Work cooperatively with supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or material-handling experience is a plus.
• Ability to regularly lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus, but not required; training may be provided.

Working Conditions

• Work is performed in a warehouse environment where temperatures may vary depending on the season.
• Position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving materials.
• Overtime or weekend work may be required based on business needs.
