SHP - Extended Program Office Staff

Sacred Heart Preschool seeks a part-time Extended Program Office Staff member effective August 3, 2026. This position will supervise extended program staff members, support classroom teachers, and assist in daily and weekly planning activities. This position is responsible for answering the phone, monitoring the door, and greeting parents of the extended day program. Sacred Heart Preschool is a Reggio Emilia-inspired preschool, and the only International Baccalaureate (IB) preschool in the state of Kentucky. Extended program staff members are required to participate in professional development to continue their learning in these areas and as required by the Division of Regulated Childcare.
