About the Position

Practice primary care the way it was designed to be practiced—as a full-time Bilingual Family Medicine Primary Care Physician in Chula Vista, California. This opportunity gives you the time, resources, and interdisciplinary support to build meaningful relationships with your patients and focus on what drives better health outcomes.

Position Highlights

• See approximately 10–15 patients per day
• 20- to 60-minute appointments
• Practice in a patient-centered, outcomes-focused primary care model
• Measured on quality outcomes and population health, not procedure volume or RVUs
• Provide preventive, chronic, acute, and disease management care within a comprehensive medical home model
• Collaborative Care Environment
• Work alongside a dedicated Whole Health Coach embedded within the care center.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Base Salary: $232,506–$348,758

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program; Family Medicine preferred.
• Current Board Certification through ABFM, ABIM, or AOA.
• Spanish/English bilingual proficiency is an essential job function.
• Minimum of 3 years of primary care experience.
• Current, valid, and unrestricted state medical license.
• Valid DEA number.
• Experience practicing within a team-based care environment.
• EMR proficiency; athenahealth experience preferred.
• Documentation of a negative TB test completed within 12 months prior to the start date.
